Hi there! I am so glad you are here. I became a medical writer after witnessing the debilitating effects of Sjögren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and cancer on my loved ones. After realizing how much physicians struggle to keep up to date with the latest research and clinical trials, I decided to use my expertise in immunology and oncology to develop CME content for a wide range of health care professionals.

After obtaining a B.S. in Microbiology from Arizona State University, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia to attend Emory University. At Emory I completed a Ph.D. in Immunology and Molecular Pathogenesis in the laboratories of Dr. Craig Coopersmith and Dr. Mandy Ford. 

I began freelance medical writing in early 2020 while I was finishing my Ph.D. Although I graduated in the middle of the uncertainty surrounding the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, I realized that knowledgable medical writers are needed now more than ever before. I haven't looked back since!
