I create custom slides and slidesets corresponding with CME learning objectives and agendas. These slides are used in webinars, text modules, and as separate downloadable resources.
In addition to creating PowerPoints from scratch, I frequently edit faculty-submitted slides to match style guides and add references. I also ensure that slidesets are factually correct and meet ACCME content standards.
I have edited countless physician blog posts in which experts share their unique approach to and perspective on current issues in clinical practice. These pieces are read by other physicians to inform their own practice and to direct learners to related CME programs.
I have developed Powerpoint and poster presentations for Clinical Care Options to present CME activity outcomes data at medical education conferences.
Some of my projects have included editing webinar transcripts into distinct chapters with slides for online publication as multimedia activities. I provide instructions for audio/video editors and remove any faculty discussion violating ACCME standards.
I have contributed to the development of needs assessments for Research to Practice and Integrity CE. My work has ranged from the development of learning objectives to faculty interview questions and gap analyses.
